Once we receive the order, we will send the user an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as confirmation of purchase. It is important to enter the correct e-mail address when placing the order. It is advisable to save the confirmation email to facilitate any future contact with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a proof of purchase proof.
You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card. Regarding payment by credit or debit card, Paypal handles all our banking transactions. Hey Time SRL does not manage any credit card number directly.
PAYMENT VIA CARD
Pay securely with Visa, AMEX or MasterCard over the Internet. Payment is managed by Paypal with secure encryption and in compliance with strict banking standards. Credit card data is sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or consulted by anyone else outside the user’s bank. Hey Time SRL does not charge additional costs for payments made by credit card. However, the bank could charge a commission depending on the card and the bank itself. When paying by credit or debit card, the initial conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment is registered following the sending of an order, Hey Time SRL reserves the right to automatically cancel it.
PRICES AND VAT
All prices displayed on the website of Hey Time SRL, www.johndandy.it, are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable legislation. In the event that an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, VAT will be removed at the time the order is validated or previously depending on the country in which the product will be delivered. In the event that an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to duties and taxes levied when the shipment reaches the delivery address. The user is responsible for paying these import duties and taxes. Hey Time SRL does not exercise any control over these charges and cannot predict the amount, since the amounts vary from country to country. MAKE AN ORDER
Orders placed in the name of another person without his consent will be reported to the authorities. Hey Time SRL reserves the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as in finalized sales. If a price is incorrect, Hey Time SRL reserves the right to cancel the purchase and reimburse the amount paid in the best possible way. This procedure can be performed at any time.
Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt. This right applies only in the event that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the state in which they were at the time of receipt. If the customer makes use of the right to return an order he must contact Hey Time SRL to obtain the address to which to send the goods. The return shipment is the responsibility of Hey Time SRL. If you live in a geographical area where the national postal service does not offer returns, the customer may be required to pay for the return shipment. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact Hey Time SRL within 30 days for information on possible compensation.
Warranty term: two years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects of the watch (movement, case, glass). Parts other than those mentioned above are not covered by the warranty. To obtain a replacement under warranty, please use the contact form available on the “contact us” page. In the e-mail please indicate name, surname, address, order number and provide a detailed description of the problem encountered. Finally, indicate “reclaim of purchase” (complaint regarding the order) in the subject field for the e-mail that will be sent to us. The return shipment is the responsibility of Hey Time SRL. If Hey Time SRL does not find any of the defects described above, the product will be returned to the customer.
Repairs / replacements will be charged in the following cases, even if they occurred during the warranty period:
• Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (bumps, dents, crushing, breaking of glass etc.).
• Failure or damage caused by improper repair or modification.
• Failure or damage caused by fire or water or a natural disaster such as earthquakes.
• Aesthetic changes due to normal use and aging of the material (minor scratches etc. on the case and / or on the glass, alteration of the color of the strap and abrasion of the plating).
• If the place and date of purchase are not indicated on the warranty or in the event that such information has been modified.
• If the warranty is not provided with the watch.
• Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty period.
The case, the dial, the hands, the glass, the strap or other parts of the watch can be replaced with equivalent spare parts if the original spare parts are not available. .
This warranty guarantees the possibility of receiving a free replacement, in accordance with the conditions of use contained therein and within the prescribed period, and does not limit any legitimate rights of the customer.
Hey Time SRL reserves the right to adjust prices, apply additional costs, modify its product line and related information without notice. The purpose of the images and information on the products made available by Hey Time SRL is to reflect the products as much as possible. Some errors may occur despite constant efforts to ensure that all content on this website is accurate. Hey Time SRL cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. All images must be viewed as illustrations. Product images may vary depending on the color setting defined on your screen.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
Hey Time SRL ships throughout Europe. Deliveries are made in collaboration with postal services and their partners. The customer has the right to cancel purchases and return the delivered items by contacting Hey Time SRL customer service or by using the contact form on the johndandy.it website within 30 days of receiving the items, provided that the products and the packaging are in the same condition as they were at the time of receipt. The customer is responsible for the risks associated with transporting the items returned to Hey Time SRL.
If the customer deems the delivery to be delayed so that he no longer wishes to fulfill the order, it will be his responsibility to cancel it. . In cases where the order has already been shipped, the customer is required to receive it. The cancellation will not be valid until the client has given confirmation to Hey Time SRL either by e-mail or by telephone. If a product is no longer available, Hey Time SRL reserves the right to cancel the purchase and reimburse the customer for the amount paid. Hey Time SRL will notify the customer of the availability of a replacement or equivalent product.
TERMS FOR COMPLAINTS
It is important that the customer carefully checks the items / products upon receipt of the goods in order to verify that they are not damaged and are correct. If the product has been damaged during transport, regardless of whether the damage is obvious or not, it must be reported to the carrier as soon as possible. We will reply as soon as possible. The same procedure applies to returns. Any defective products returned to Hey Time SRL must be treated as if they were free of defects. For all types of returns it is extremely important that the product is packed in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport. Hey Time SRL reserves the right to replace defective items with items of the same model. If the item is no longer available, the customer will receive a full refund. If a returned product has no errors or defects, Hey Time SRL will send it back to the customer.
The responsibility of Hey Time SRL for delivery errors is limited to the existing sales conditions. Hey Time SRL does not assume any direct or indirect responsibility, including, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic damage.
Hey Time SRL is exempt from any liability for damages and other penalties in relation to the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Factors that can be considered as force majeure include government interventions, new or modified legislation, lack of status, war, fires, flooding, worker agitation, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transportation or weather conditions or interruption of deliveries by of suppliers and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects its activities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, present on the website and in the material published in it remain the property of Hey Time SRL or its subsidiaries or licensors of license. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or archiving all or part of it, except for personal use and not for commercial purposes, is prohibited without the permission of Hey Time SRL.

Hey Time SRL does not hold any right of ownership over said content (images, photos, videos, etc.) and assumes no legal responsibility towards them. RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
All products remain the property of Hey Time SRL until full payment is made.
All fraud attempts will be reported to the authorities and Hey Time SRL reserves the right to cancel the purchase if suspicion arises.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Hey Time SRL reserves the right to review these conditions occasionally. Whenever the user places an order from us to the contract between the customer and Hey Time SRL the general conditions in force at the time of purchase will apply.
